Analysis of tinplate and tin free steel

I need to have information about commercial devices existing in the world, for measure:

1.- Oiling (DOS or ATBC) in tinplate and Tin Free Steel (TFS).
2.- Tin coating weight (alloy tin and tin) in tinplate.
3.- Passivation film in tinplate.
4.- Chrome metal in TFS.
5.- "Chrome in oxides" in TFS.
