Ferric Nitrate process for Magnesium Alloys.
I am looking for a source for Ferric Nitrate pickling of a machined AZ91D Magnesium parts. I believe this process was known as Dow 21 or equivalent. Can anyone point me towards a current source or identify replacement processes.
Thank you for any assistance you could provide.

Magoxid-Coat(r) has been approved to replace Dow21 by one of our customers on an automotive substrate application. It is not equivalent, as Magoxid-Coat is an anodizing process for magnesium and Dow21 is a pickling process. However, the cost is competitive and the corrosion protection is superior.
