Trying to make aluminum change color with simple finish
We have some existing .5" thick dimensional aluminum letters installed on the walls throughout the institute. They currently have a brushed natural finish and I was wondering whether or not there might be a way to darken the color without removing them from the wall? Thanks.

You can oil it very sparingly (olive oil or
boiled linseed oil

or egg white), then you must heat it to 200-400 °C ( hot air gun is best)!
Good luck!
