Demineralizer not performing up to spec
In our plant we are having DM plant of 10 m3 capacity and 200 hr of operation . Raw water quality is not much than designed quality but yes it is always equal or slightly high than design. Problem is that we are getting desired quality output only for 14-15 hr's that to with 8.5 m3. Plant comprises of SAC, DEGASSER, SBA, MB and raw water comes from river or some times ground water it comes after filtration by dual media filters to inlet of dm plant. There is no sand filter and actvated carbon filter before plant. also one of the observations is that pH of MB outlet is not more than 6.5 most of the time it used to be in the range of 6.2 to 6.3 please give me suggestion's how to achieve desired output.

Well, I guess that you did not have the DM company test the water before you bought it. It does not take a big difference in water quality coming in to cause a serious shortfall in the expected output. If you had the average input water tested and got a guarentee of performance, then the problem would be theirs and not yours. The only fix that I can see is better input or a larger unit or a second unit. Work with the MFG. They are supposed to be the experts on it.
