RFQ: Hi, does anyone know where I could get TiNOX (Titanium Nitride Oxide) suitable for coating a heat exchanger (Copper or Aluminum sheet)?

A. Titanium oxynitride can be deposited by any PVD technique. But you may have to take a few trials to get the desired (?) stochiometry.
