Teflon Coating Inside of Tubes
Hi
Can anybody tell me how to coat teflon inside tubes. I want to coat some pipes (from inside) for my project.

What is the material of construction of the tubes, Catherine? What are the dimensions? What is the project? Thanks.

The material is plain carbon steel (probably medium carbon). The application is a heat exchanger used in Oil and Gas industry. The purpose is to save the heat exchanger tubes from H2S corrosion.

Thanks for the clarity. I hope one of the teflon applicators around here can answer.

You can coat the tubes by deeping into a teflon dispersion and dry and cure at the oven. Contact a Teflon coater in your area.
