Aluminum Polishing -- Motorcycle frame

Q. Hello All,

I am currently polishing my motor cycle frame. I've seen lots of info around but no one really talks about how the tackle the welds where the extruded section of the frame meets the cast. I have tried a Brass wire brush on drill but this seems to create more work as it does remove paint leaves coarse scratches in lower parts of weld. Dremel?

Any info would be appreciated..

A. Personally I would use a Dremel this on eBay or Amazon [affil links] type tool with Cratex polishing points this on eBay or Amazon [affil links] and then buffing wheels with green rouge this on eBay or Amazon [affil links] .
