Degrease cum iron phosphate on painted casting and machined surface




SUB : DEGREASE CUM IRON PHOSPHATE

is it advisable to spray the above after cleaning the painted components in washing machine (painted components-shot blasted + primer paint)

is it any possibility of scale formation in MS coil immersed in the process baths

how much amount of scale formation MS coil(Ms coil - hot water circulated throu ms coil, throu this heat solution is getting heated)

how much of coating formed on ms coil how to remove the scale and what is the frequency

we are using Soft water for preparing deg. cum iron phosphating solution

I am not sure if I understand parts of this question, but I am sure that I don't understand all of it :-)

Yes, you can selectively sandblast and prime, then put the casting through an iron phosphatizing process to protect the rest of the casting before painting it. But it is hard to see from here why you would not do the iron phosphatizing before any of the painting.
