I have not been able to obtain a Volume test procedure for Alumiprep 33 this on eBay or Amazon [affil links] . Has anyone found a spec or developed an acceptable test for this procedure? Any help ia appreciated.

I assume by volume you mean that you are wanting to measure strength by volumetric titration. You supplier should be able to give you a procedure, but if not, try this.

Place a 10 ml sample of the solution in a beaker.
Dilute with 100 ml water.
Add a few drops phenolphthalein.
Titrate with 1.0 N sulfuric acid to first pink endpoint. mls of sulfuric used X 0.88 = oz/gal Isoprepp 33.
