Platinum electroless plating bath

2004

Hi,

I am currently doing research in the area of electrodeposition. Can anybody suggest me a good electroless plating bath for platinum on copper substrate. Looking forward for your reply.

Sincerely,

One of the important things about doing research at University is to discover things yourself. Unfortunately the Internet now provides the soft option of asking people for the answer to a problem. What is doesn't provide is a means of transferring the lateral knowledge that you will learn by reading around your subject. If you want to be a successful researcher you must do the work yourself - if you just take the word of others, you will only attain the level of those words and you will never exceed them. The important thing in all aspects of life is KNOWLEDGE; once you have that, you can become a good member of your social and professional environment. I suggest you spend some time in the library and do a literature search, be it online or hard copy. You will be surprised at what you will learn and you never know, you may enjoy it!
