Reflective finish for Anodize?
2004
HI,
Currently I am working on a project based on aluminum sheet and stainless steel sheet. I would like to know whether anodize can achieve a high reflective glossy surface finish, and would it affect the etched surface of my sheet?
Appreciate your helpful replies.
Thanks.

A qualified anodizer can "brite dip" the aluminum to give it a glossy finish, but this will remove some metal. It would remove your etching unless it is deep. Mechanical polishing may be a better approach since it is more controllable.
