General setup of a small galvanizing plant

Q. I am interested in starting a small galvanising business. I am just investigating the whole idea and would like to know if anyone could assist with what the requirements are and equipment needed? thanks

A. I bought a good book at Amazon, "Hot-Dip Galvanizing: A Guide to Process Selection and Galvanizing Practice" [adv: link to this book on eBay , Amazon, AbeBooks affil links]. I recommend it, it is simple, and practical.

Folks! Guillermo generously spent his time to recommend that you consult a specific book that he feels is responsive to these requests, and which is available for under $25 assuming you can't find it in a library, which you probably can :-)

We can answer narrow questions in this forum, and we can recommend consultants and books, but no one can possibly explain all the details of setting up a galvanizing line in the paragraph or two appropriate to a public forum response. Thanks!
