Steel and aluminum roof combo
I'm putting a steel roof on a new addition to my house. The older roof that I'm going to run up on, is an aluminum aluma-lock shingle. Will I have a problem in the future with corrosion? and if so, what can I do to avoid this problem? Anything you can tell me would be greatly appreciated.

If you can keep the steel from actually touching the aluminum there will be no problem. Galvanic corrosion requires a metal to metal connection.
