Stripping Tin-Lead Solder Spheres

Anyone who knows of a chemical that has the ability to dissolve eutectic Sn/Pb solder spheres but does not destroy or consume organic package.

It is hard to know what kind of organic compound you are referring to. Perhaps you can elaborate more on the material of this organic package that you use.
