A problem in grinding Aluminum
I'm am having a problem in grinding Aluminum.we have specific tolerance. But we are not able to get it within it. We are currently grinding Aluminum in a grinder which as two grinding wheel one is called counter wheel and the other is called cutting wheel with the help of cutting oil.

If you need advice on how to obtain a "specific tolerance", Mr. Patal, please tell us what that tolerance is. What tolerance are you presently getting?

I have a similar problem. the material is ADC6. Any advice on the type of wheel,which bond,which cutting fluid etc.
