Battery acid leaked on garage floor

How do I clean up the battery acid that has spilled out of a leaking battery that is on my garage flor?

Start be neutralizing it with sodium bicarbonate (baking soda [in bulk on eBay or Amazon [affil links] ) or possibly magnesium hydroxide (milk of magnesia).
