CASS hrs vs Life

I wish to establish a correlation of CASS life hours vs real time life in years for Chrome plated aluminum alloy wheels. Typically wheels are Cu-Ni-Cr plated and certain OEMs demand life warranty in terms of years and hence the question.

You're not going to get an answer. CASS doesn't necessarily correlate to real life. Expose your wheel to dirt, salt, water, high humidity, kerb rash, and life will be short. Keep them mostly clean and dry and life will be long.
