Dear Mr Akanksha,

We haven't seen much success with mass-finishing techniques such as vibro finishing; some brass parts that hve been steel ball burnished centrifugally look pretty acceptable however.

Probably the fastest and cheapest way to finish these parts is via mass finishing equipment. Without knowing what kind of production rate you want to maintain (pcs per hr., day, month, year) It is difficult to make a good recommendation. Also we need to know the present surface finish of the parts, because this may require more than a one step process. That means increased processing time that effects production. Lastly there is the cost of supplies.
