Prevent rusting more effectively at coastal areas

I would like to know what can be added to a paint to prevent Rusting at coastal areas. As coastal environment damages the paint as we are facing this problem in paint we are using.

Coatings are coordinated systems designed to fight corrosion; you don't just add a miracle ingredient, Rahul. What is the substrate, the mechanical pretreatment, the phosphatizing process, and the class of paint you are using?
