Capability of precipitation by sod. hypochlorite
I am a process engineer. Currently I am controlling in the cooling water quality which suffer from too high turbidity without any source of leak and I doubt that could refer to the high quantity of sod. Hypochlorite which we added in the last period according to micro-organisms control .The contamination is gelatin suspended turbidity it reach to 500 NTU ,if it possible that refers to sod hypochlorite interference with hardness{about 260 ppm as CaCO3} or any metal ions in the cooling water {Fe or phosphate or zinc}.

I will suggest you to use the metal oxidation powerful method, by Electrolytic Catalytic Precipitation (ECP). It will be strongly oxidized the metals and organics, to solids, salts and others, and fine filtration after oxidizing, by rotating the water un the ECP unit, through the electrodes at special electric fields and, lots of time needed to consume all metals quantities and also organics. It adds if necessary, some enzymes for sludge digester, phosphate removers or clarifying the water. It is simple solution.
