Bonding (epoxy) material to hold broken Graphite at 700 degrees C temperature
I'd like to know of any bonding (epoxy) like material that can hold together a broken Graphite material. this will be subjected to a temperature of 700 degrees C.

I very seriously doubt it. A shot in the dark would be to email a major adhesive company like Master Bond [masterbond.com/challmb.html] to see if they might have a substitute.
PS, you need to somehow quantify bond strength required.
