Is Autophoretic Process possible for Fish Hooks
We have great problem in achieving surface evenness through the dip immerison method of coating on bunched and tangled lots of fish hooks . As production is very high we cannot consider coating or any process involving jigging of materials . Is Autophoretic recommended for fish hooks to achieve better even surface coats which are in bunched tangled lot state?
I would appreciate an expert comment.

Henkel is the autophoretic expert, so contact them to see if it's been done before. There are a number of other black finishes that can be applied in bulk, including black oxide and black nickel. Good luck.
