Pearl nickel means?

I am interested to know more about the mechanism for pearl nickel obtained from a dispersion system with emulsion. If somebody can help me solve this problem? Thank you!

There are a number of suppliers of pearl nickel and satin nickel processes that can work with you on the process. CST-Surtec is one.
