Getting minor and deep scratches out of aluminum rims?
Hopefully somebody has heard of a process to do this and will share it with me.

I do not believe there is any "filling" type process for the repair of aluminum rims. I believe the only alternative is polishing them deep enough to remove the deepest scratches. There are a good number of letters here with detailed instruction on polishing of wheels, and there are shops who offer higher quality polishing than you can probably do yourself.
