Zinc plating and lacquering
Dear Sir
I have a zinc plating shop. I have an order of an automobile spare which has to be zinc plated, yellow and blue passivated and then lacquered. Please can anybody help me? Which transparent lacquer I have to use and please tell me the method of application. Thank you and waiting for your valuable advices.

The simplest application method is immersion. A water soluble lacquer is put in what would otherwise be the final warm water rinse station. However, I have no way to know whether that would meet your specification, or whether you would actually need to dry the parts and then spray on a solvent-based lacquer.
