Copper tube cleaning and vibratory finishing
We have dipped copper tube ( 10 mm) in chromic acid for 30 seconds for cleaning and then polished with steel media in vibratory equipment with polishing chemicals. Problems I have faced that after some time We have found black spots on copper tube surface , can anybody tell me what will be the probable reason.

I think black spots are some sort of reaction due to traces of chemical left over or presence of oil I suggest to neutralise properly and to de-oil the parts properly.
