Removal of chrome from alloy wheels
Q. I have a set of alloy wheels that have been Chrome plated, this plating is now starting to come away from the parent metal. I am looking for way of removing the plating without dissolving the alloy beneath, the wheels were a gift from my son many years ago and I would like to keep them. Any advice would be most appreciated. Regards Greg
