Water Purification System for Electroplating and Chromate manufacturing

To whom it may concern,
I'm seeking information about water purification system. we are producing electroplating for Ni alloy plating and Cr plating. also producing chemical product especially chromate.
we'll set up water purification system. but we don't have any specifications of water for electroplating and Chemicals. so If anyone has information on deionized water applications for electroplating and chemicals manufacturing. Our Specification of water source:
Conductivity : Max.216 megohm -cm water Hardness : 100mg/L Cl-:50mg/L TOC 200mg/L SO42-:80mg/L
So, We are going to set up unit that Reverse osmosis(R/O) unit and ion exchange unit.
Is that resonable for us? and what is required our system for the right combination of water purification unit? I will appreciate anyone help. Thanks. Pleas Provid so.
