PULSE PLATING AND ADVANTAGES

2004

Hello....

I read a abstract about pulse plating at last week. I am very surprised about advantages.PC(Pulsed Current),DC(Direct Current),PR(Periodic Current Reversal) had been compared and interesting results had been found.According to this abstract in same current density, compare DC and PC ;to obtain thickness from PC,greater than DC.And most interesting; If you use PR in acid zinc, you needn't add organic additive even one gram.

Is this true this theory? Could you give me some explanations about this subject?

Thanks.... Sincerely....
