Rusting Problem after Mass finishing for sintered components

I am in mass finishing industry. We do mass finishing of sintered components. up till now we were using diesel base finishing process. But we have now shifted to water base finishing. We are facing the rusting problem after drying the jobs from furnace at 120 degree temp. also. Can any one help me in this matter.

Sintered materials have their own special problems. Among them, that I have experienced, is the rusting and /or cleanliness. I have found a good water based chemical product that gives good protection against rusting; however, the parts look like hell. Visually, they come out with what looks like an uneven non-uniform film of the parent metal mateial. I'm still working on problem of appearance, but rusting is not a problem.
