Brightening aluminum boats after manufacture
My company manufactures small aluminium boats. I would like to clean and brighten the aluminium after manufacture to give a uniform bright silver color to the boat. To do this I need a chemical that can be washed on and hosed off, removing various manufacturing stains such as grease, water marks, weld smoke etc. At the moment I use a lime wash but the result is an etch leaving the boat a uniform grey, not a uniform silver.
