HFO Burner Wind Boxes Material

We use in our boiler 605 t/h 120 bar a corten steel as material of the wind boxes of the HFO fuel burners. The problem of this material that it has short live due to high temperature and harsh environment. Please advise me for a better material to extend the live of the wind boxes.

SS-304 would be ideal material if this is a fabricated body. You can even think of lining the internal surface with a Refractory castable specially of the areas where there would be heat transfer by radiation.
