Galvanizing is not bonding to iron. Fluxing wrong?
Problem FLUXING In hot dipping. I am a beginner and I have a small bath of 50 kg capacity, and work at hot dip galvanizing zinc process. And I'm not getting a good BOND from zinc to the iron, and I do the following steps: degreasing in hot alkaline-rinsing-pickling in Hcl-rinsing-FLUXING In the solution: 20 gr/l ZnO ,30 gr/l NH4Cl and water (H2O) 1 liter. After allowing to dry, insert the parts into molten bath .
Please make suggestions to me, and best regards.

Hi Yuono,
Try flux with both constituents at 5% each. IN PLACE OF 2 and 3% for better adhesion.
