SCUFFING PROBLEM DURING ROLL FORMING

We are facing lot of scuffing problem during roll forming of Auto wheel rims. The material used for Roll Former Dies is D-2 hardened up to 59-62 HRC. After that dies are being chrome plated to avoid scuffing, but if after getting these dies hard chrome plated, the problem still persists. Please suggest some suitable surface coating, heat treatment, raw material to avoid scuffing problem during roll forming operation.
