Cannot pass thermal impact test, who can help?
We are molding an electro-plated part using ABS material, but when we perform a thermal impact test, it always fails. I have analysed the problem with my workmates many times, but we still cannot find the right answer. Can anybody help me?
Thank you.

Dear Zhouailin,
Contact the supplier of the plating chemistry. There could be a number of problem areas from ABS molding faults or etching problems to Nickel or Chromium deposit stress. Your chemistry supplier should be able to perform a surface analysis and solve your problems.
