Magnetization prevents removal of shot-blast dusts
Here it is... After shot blasting process, there is metal dust left on the material we blast because of magnetization. The problem is, I can not get rid of this even after iron phosphating process and this causes unexpected problems during vulcanization. Beside this, there is a restriction as not to use zinc phosphating. How can I get the best result without the treatment of zinc phosphating?

Dear Sir
1- you can demagnetize your part
2-you can use a stainless steel shots or ceramic media
good luck
