Adhesive possibilities for aluminum
I am trying to "glue" together multiple sheets of 1/8th inch aluminum. I've tried, with mixed success, using some 3M oven curing epoxy. I was wondering if anyone had had any success bonding aluminum together with another type of adhesive.
Thanks

The mixed success may result more from differences in the aluminum surface than the adhesive. Look into phosphoric acid anodizing of the aluminum for adhesive bonding; it holds airplane wings together.
