Powder coating defect due to alloy manufacturing process
I am powder coating aluminum castings made by pressure die casting (typically ADC6 & AlSi53 alloy). While powder coating some lots gives pinholes on film of powder coating I have checked all my processes for any defect but there is not any process defect so I want to ask is there any reason to get pin hole because of any process defect in die casting process?

Dear Deo Ashutosh
Please check your degreasing chemical, its non casting base, and than check your drying process.
