What is my weight in pennies
Q. I want to know my weight in pennies. I weigh about 128-ish (around that general area). I can't figure out how many pennies it would take. Can someone help me?

A. The solution to problems like this usually involves formulating a general approach to attack the problem, then listing what information that approach requires you to have available, then getting those pieces of information, then applying them.

A. There are 1.555g in one pennyweight and 24 grains in one pennyweight. You now know how many grams, grains and pennyweights you weigh.

A. I weighed pennies. I found out that 13 pennies = about 1 ounce. You weigh 128 pounds. There are 16 ounces in a pound so you weigh 2048 oz. That = about 26624 pennies.

A. Go to it, Joe. You have the weight of one penny here.
Even easier for an approximation would be to go by volume. Although we don't know exactly how much of the 5 gallons is lost to air space, it must be a reasonably consistent figure from one water bottle to the next. So if you weigh yours when it's full to the top, other readers will know approximately how many pennies are in theirs as well.
