Coating hundred year old cast iron columns
Q. I have 10, 100 year old cast iron columns, we took them down to the iron and are looking for a good product to finish them with. either a clear coat or something that will work good to compensate for the rust that has formed overnight.
Thanks

A. Hammerite Rust Cap [affil links] paints are very good, if you can find them. Good luck!
