Problems from reduction of gold plating usage

Q. Dear sir, we faced a difficult problem in our company. First, we used the tungsten to cut our gold, but after the cutting process, the surface of our gold has been carbonated. how to we do to remove that stuff? is the Butyl Cellusolve, MEK / methyl ethyl ketone and sodium metasilicate ⇦ this on eBay or Amazon [affil links] function?
