What is annual usage of zinc, nickel, and copper for plating?

I am a student trying to find out how many metric tons of zinc, nickel and copper are used each year in the U.S.A for electroplates?

I think you have the order right, so that's a good start. I would be inclined to believe that zinc, nickel, and copper are respectively #1, #2, and #3 in usage. You might call around to plating shops and see if any have the Surface Finishing Market Research Board reports that cover this. Good luck.
