Control of grain refiner for manganese phosphate

2004

We are running a manganese phosphate process and cannot find a satisfactory method of control for the grain refiner. The process consists of 1 alkaline clean (mild )
2 Rinse
3 Conditioning Rinse (2 pack)
4 Manganese Phosphate
5 Rinse
6 Rinse
7 Dry

Can anyone please assist with this problem, from my experience the conditioning rinse is a metal suspension and there is no way of controlling it chemically.

One of the nice things about using proprietary chemicals is their tech support which will either tell you how to analyze it or will do it for you if it is a secret.
