Plating EN directly on epoxy/Alloy 42
I would like to know if there is a technique for plating electroless nickel to an epoxy/Alloy 42 matrix with out an intermediate layer of copper plating between the copper and nickel. I appears that copper and Alloy 42 create some type of galvanic reaction and the plating comes off the alloy 42 during tape test. Thanks Dave
