Aluminum Brightening Without Anodizing
We manufacture Domestic Aluminum Ladders. I have this Problem that we need to anodize the Ladders As to Improve the Finish From the Standard Mill Condition, We would like to shift over to a Brightening finish where We would not need to Anodize the Aluminum. We Would like to Switch over to A Chemical or solution Without An Exothermic Reaction (Heating of the Solution and Causing Pollution and Fumes ). We Would be Grateful if someone Could Help.

Hi Guarav,
Phosphoric acid will remove mill finish. A min of 2% by volume is required, it would speed up the process if heat was applied, usually 30 °C. you may have to trial different concentrations and heat settings to suit your needs.

What Brightness is required by you ? Without Anodizing your product will get Oxidation.
