Paint for Hot Air Ducts and Flue Gas Duct and its support structures
I would like to know what sort of painting and primer coat should be used for Hot Air Duct and flue GSS ducts and its supports which are subjected to a temp up to 280 °C (supports not subject to high temp). This duct is insulated from outside only. it is both indoor/outdoor in a marine climatic condition.

What is the purpose of coating in the first place? Is it to prevent or solve a specific problem? Do you want thermal control? (to stop condensation/corrosion? contain heat? )
