Conversion Coating on Zinc Cast
Hello,
My question is: Is it possible on zinc cast base a kind of conversion coating that ensures salt-spray testing for min. 72 hours and does not contain hexavalent chromium-ions?

Do you intend first to zinc plate the casting? If positive, there is no problem to find an adequate passivation based on tri valent chromium.
