Surface Finish Requirements for Biotech, Pharma and Food Industries

I work at a process equipment manufacturer plant and I'm looking for some kind of chart that relates surface finishes with it's application fields/possibilities (for example, N5 (Ra<0.4 µm) for biotech or pharma). Or even more specific, like for growing cells or bacteria. Please, if someone knows some ISO (or another standard) norm that applies to this, let me know.

Thank you!

I'm not sure where to find out but if you buy a profilometer once you find out what the chart requirements are you'll be able to gauge the Ra of your material.
