Other solutions to powdercoat removal

Burn off ovens are used by many sandblasters to over cure powdercoat for the ease of removal prior to blasting. It can save much time and money for the sandblasters as well as the customers. However, I have run across a situation in which a part constructed of an exotic alloy of a sort is unable to be raised to the temperature at which the powdercoat is compromised. Also, due to the part size, it wouldn't be practical to use chemical strippers. Is there another way besides burning?

We have tried extreme temperature steam-hotwater with 40 bar pressure. It worked.
