Can I screw two black anodize parts together without binding

I work for a company that manufactures Particle Counters used in cleanrooms and this means all the materials I use need to be corrosive resistant. I'm thing about black anodizing a couple of aluminium parts, one has a male thread and the other the matching female thread so they can screw together. My concern is that both parts being plated that they might bind when they screw together and I won't be able to screw and unscrew the two parts. If you have any advise I would appreciate it.

Thanks,

Other respondents will disagree with me but I preach that threads should never be anodized. Anodizing goes half into the metal and half on top of the metal, therefore the sharp edge of the thread is pure aluminum oxide and hence very fragile, most like glass, and will fracture and break off.

However, everybody does it!
